Good Day All!
I received the following message today about the status of BLAG on GNU's
list of endorsed distros and wanted to touch base with the BLAG
community to see where it is at. I have not participated in BLAG since
2010/2011 and during that time I review conversations on the forums and
visit the IRC channel occasionally to see what conversations and
discussions are happening.
I have not been in contact with Jeff Moe at anytime and I am not sure
how long ago Joshua spoke with him, but the community has taken several
efforts have been made to re-ignite BLAG. Since today represents the
usually weekly meeting day, I recommend that those that can meet on IRC
at 7PM discuss the topic. For those who can not make it, please use the
mailing list and forums respectively.
Regards,
Abdur-Rahman

Dear Abdur-Rahman,
A while back I spoke with Jeff Moe about blag GNU/Linux. From our
conversation, I was under the impression that blag is no longer being
actively maintained. As such, I have removed it from the list of
endorsed GNU/Linux distros on gnu.org,
<http://www.gnu.org/distros/free-distros.html>.
While updating our internal documentation, I noticed that I now have
your contact address on file. I just wanted to make sure that this was
not done in error. If in fact blag is still being actively maintained,
then I hope you will accept my apologies, and I will of course add it
back to the endorsed distros list.
Best,
Josh
