[blag-whereto] Mail Order CD link removal

Good Day All,

I plan to remove the mail order cd link from the main site since two of
the vendors do not carry any of the older blag cd's and the only vendor
that does has older releases that are no longer supported.

For future releases if physical media is needed, I will be open to
shipping several DVDs and perhaps usb media. The idea is that if the
media is no longer needed, it could be shipped from one individual to
the next.

Would anyone else be interested in doing this or do you think providing
physical media is not necessary?
