I just called Bindmans and talked to Paul Ridgeman? it sounded like. He said this idea of adding names to the list is mistaken and that it won't delay things, that will be determined by the quality of the arguments. He said turning up on Monday and asking to be added to the list of defendants will delay things for an hour or so but not more than that. I asked him if he had good arguments and he said he believed they have but that the camp will go eventually.

I said people could simply come back again and again and he said that would take some organizing and he didn't think the camp had the maturity to do it! Charming! He said the fact that there are different groups with diverse opinions is the stumbling block! I really didn't expect this I have to say.

What I want to know is - is he right about the defendant list? I know he should be the expert but I never believe anything without checking it out.
