about challenges/alternatives to the London Plan and has a good
international dimension through picking up on the "Right to the City"
campaigns in north America.

 *London Plan: UCL Students and staff have been working for the last 5
months with community groups and NGOs in London to help in the formulation
of comments and suggested changes to the draft replacement London Plan. The
first stage of this work ended on 12 January, the deadline for submissions
to the Mayor.  The work of all concerned in the UCL cooperation can be found
at http://ucljustspace.wordpress.com  and the actual submissions being made
by the various groups at http://justspace2010.wordpress.com  A second phase
will build up to the Examination in Public in the summer.*
