ok time to get the hamper fired up! we really need to mobilise for this
march 30th at southwark crown court, a peoples picnic and court *to defend
the rule of law and put the system on trial..*
see matt's useful comments below. me am putting the word around to find
people based in southwark; surely we can get 50 people to come, southwark
was always the most rebellious part of town after all, home of the rabble
outside the city walls.
please can everyone try and make it on the day, *and also URGENTLY
advise who they know in the area or talk with them direct*; i think it's
important we make the local links at the outset with this one
am trying to get my hands on some judges outfits too :-)

Hi Matt definitely idea is to contrast systemic crime rather than personal
ones. Although their desire to bring in Parl Privilege does kind of bring
the link to the forefront of the trial/ and the Lords continue to get away
in the news last week, closing ranks. Wasn't it the king who used to have
the status of being above the law?
Assuming there is interest I will set up a Facebook group for the
picnic. Matt are you on FB? Re local connections I will wait to hear from
Lili and Eileen for their comments / support / interest.
Also will see who else we know down there
Cheers
Mark
