 Since May 15, 2011 a movement unprecedented in form and substance
challenges the"representative democracy". This movement has spread from
Spain around the world despite the countless media manipulation and police
repression.

The probability of a global revolution has rarely been this strong.

Democracy is a political system where the "people" have the power. The
words "representative democracy" are operations to make us believe that we
are a democracy. But we have never lived in democracy; freedom of
expression is not enough. In our political system, the masses give all
power to a minority, without any control.

The social, economic and environmental crises we all know are related to
the oligarchic nature of our political systems.

For the common interests  to take precedence over private interests, there
is only one solution: that the majority participate directly in politics.

True democracy has no preconceived model, it is up to us all to build it on
the streets.

To continue to build this global democracy, we call all of you to create
and participate in popular assemblies, wherever you are, on Saturday,
January 14, 2011.

Create events on the internet, in the street, in every city and in every
district, stream.

Read this text in assembly, in the  occupy camps , and with your friends.

 Tomorrow Humanity will find the road to progress.

Depuis le 15 mai 2011 un mouvement inédit par sa forme et son fond remet en
cause la "démocratie représentative". Ce mouvement parti d´Espagne s´est
répandu sur toute la planète malgré les innombrables manipulations
médiatiques et répressions policières subies. La probabilité d´une
révolution globale a rarement été aussi forte.

La démocratie est un régime politique ou le "peuple" ait le pouvoir. Le
terme "démocratie représentative" est une manipulation destinée à nous
faire croire que nous sommes en démocratie. Mais nous n´avons jamais vécu
en democratie, la liberté d´expression ne suffit pas. Dans nos régimes
politiques, les masses donnent les touts pouvoirs à une minorité, sans
aucun contrôle.

Les crises sociales, économiques et environnementales que nous connaissons
tous sont liées à la nature oligarchique de nos systèmes politiques.

Pour que les intérêts communs passent avant les intérêts privés, il n´y a
qu´une solution: que la majorité participe directement a la politique.

La réelle démocratie n´a pas de modèle preconçu, c´est à nous tous de la
construire dans la rue.

Pour construire cette démocratie mondiale, nous vous appelons tous a créer
et participer à des assemblées populaires, où que vous soyez, le samedi 14
janvier 2011.

Créez des évènements, sur internet, dans la rue, dans chaque ville et dans
chaque quartier, diffusez.

Lisez ce texte en assemblée, dans les camps occupy, avec vos amis.

Demain l´Humanité retrouvera le chemin du progrès.

Les signataires sont tous ceux qui diffusent cet appel.

Sinds 15 mei 2011, daagt een ongekend grote beweging in vorm en inhoud de
"representatieve democratie" uit. Deze beweging heeft zich vanuit Spanje
over de hele wereld verspreidt, ondanks de talloze media manipulaties en
pogingen tot repressie door de politie.

De kans op een wereldwijde revolutie is zelden zo sterk geweest.

Democratie is een politiek regime of het 'volk' hebben de macht.
"Representatieve" democratie is een manipulatie bedoeld om ons te
doen geloven dat we een democratie. Maar we hebben nooit in democratie
geleefd, de vrijheid van meningsuiting is niet genoeg. In ons politieke
systeem geeft de massa alle macht aan een minderheid, zonder enige controle.

De sociale, economische en ecologische crises die we allemaal kennen zijn
gerelateerd aan het oligarchische karakter van onze politieke systemen.

Omdat de gemeenschappelijke belangen prevaleren boven particuliere
belangen, is er maar een oplossing: dat de meerderheid rechtstreeks
deelneemt in de politiek.

Echte democratie heeft geen vooropgezet model, het is aan ons allen om het
op te bouwen op straat.

Om door te gaan met het opbouwen van deze globale democratie, vragen wij u
allen volksvergaderingen te creeeren en er in te participeren, waar je ook
bent, op zaterdag de 14 januari 2011.

Maak evenementen op het internet, op straat, in elke stad en in elk
district.

Lees deze tekst in de vergaderingen, in de bezette kampen, en met uw
vrienden.

 Morgen zal de mensheid de weg vinden naar de vooruitgang.

De handtekeningen zijn van allen die dit beroep zullen verspreiden.

Jam de la 15a de majo 2011 senantaŭa movado en formo kaj enhavo kontestas
la "reprezentan demokration". Ĉi tiu movo foririnta de Hispanio disvastigis
ĉirkaŭ la mondo malgraŭ la nenombreblaj amaskomunikilaj manipuladoj kaj
policaj subpremoj.

La probableco de ĝenerala revolucio malofte estis tiom forta.

La demokratio estas politika sistemo kie la "popolo" havas la potencon. La
termo "reprezenta demokratio" estas operacio destinita kredigi nin ke ni
estas en demokratio. Sed ni neniam vivis en demokratio, la libereco de
esprimo ne estas sufiĉe. En niaj politikaj sistemoj, la amasoj donas ĉiuj
la potencoj al malplimulto, sen neniu kontrolo.

La sociajn, ekonomiajn kaj ekologiajn krizojn kiujn ni ĉiuj konas estas
ligitaj al la oligarkia naturo de niaj politikaj sistemoj.

Por ke la komunaj interesoj pasu antaŭ la privatajn interesojn, estas nur
solvo: ke la plimulto partoprenas rekte en la politikon.

La reala demokratio ne havas antaŭopinian modelon, estas al ni ĉiuj de
konstrui ĝin en la strato.

Por konstrui tiun tutmondan demokration, ni vokas al vi ĉiujn krei kaj
partopreni popularajn asembleojn, kie vi estas, sabate, 14a de januaro,
2011.

Kreu okazaĵojn, sur Interreto, en la strato, en ĉiu urbo kaj en ĉiu
kvartalo, disvastigas.

Legu ĉi tiun tekston en asembleo, en la kampoj "occupy" kaj  kun viaj
amikaj.

Morgaŭ la Homaro retrovos la vojon de la progreso.
