The progress of our petition <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1330260/a5ii">Stop the oppression of the British people</a> is remarkable: 519 signatures so far and over 3,200 page views.

The <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1330293/a5ii" title="Comments from signatories">comments of signatories</a> are a marvellous read, especially after I grouped them into topics, as they emerged.

I shall send them to Buckingham Palace with an update.

<strong>Open Letter to Dr. Vince Cable MP<br />
</strong>Meanwhile, Mr Ebert, a formerly very wealthy business man who has been made bankrupt fraudulently, has produced remarkable evidence of four individual cases, including his own. Together with a carefully worded Open Letter, we sent it to the new Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills who we believe is responsible for the Individual Insolvency Register. We are making clear requests for amends, while asking for a Ministerial investigation. The letter and evidence can be found <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1334938/a5ii">here</a>.

Mr Ebert's case is the biggest one known so far, and it gave rise to the publication <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1334938/a5ii">The Forensics of Legal Fraud</a> by him and <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1335097/a5ii">Brad Meyer</a> who has facilitated collaboration ceaselessly and selflessly. The book is meant to protect other wealthy people from potential 'hasards'.
</p>
<p>
Mr Ebert aims at a million signatures for the petition. So please help by spreading the word, if you feel like it! Meanwhile, he and others started working on the next Open Letter: to the Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor, Kenneth Clarke QC MP.

</strong>The election may have given you an MP who may be more responsive than before. It may therefore be worth your while using <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1330264/a5ii">WriteToThem</a> to contact him or her. In my experience, MPs have become "constituency MPs" who write letters on your behalf to people who would not respond to you, but who are responding to your MP.

<strong>The Robin Hood Tax<br />
</strong>Asking your MP to sign the <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1330265/a5ii">Early Day Motion</a> on the <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1334947/a5ii">Robin Hood Tax</a> might be a minor step with potentially big consequences. 157 MPs signed so far. Currently, the campaigners are trying to influence the 'scarcity budget' that is supposedly necessary. In reality, the Government could create its own money, free of interest, rather than rely on "central bank money" and pay interest out of tax income or by borrowing yet more. The Robin Hood Tax is therefore a bare minimum that bankers and politicians could agree on. <strong><a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1330266/a5ii"> </a></strong>

Of course, if politicians understood who makes "credit money" from thin air and charges interest for it, they would sign Austin's <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1330267/a5ii">Early Day Motion 1138</a> on Interest-Free Credit. But waking up to the power of "<a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1335098/a5ii">the money masters</a>" is a long and painful process...

It may begin with atrocities like a fraudulent bankruptcy or home repossession. But, above all, I do hope it turns you not into a victim, but a fighter! We do have the moral authority and thus we will re-establish the Rule of Law over the rule of money!
