<h2>Hello and Happy New 2011!</h2><img alt="" hspace="5" align="left" vspace="5" border="0"> No matter whether you, like <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999732/a5ii" target="_blank">Lewis Nicholson</a> with his "Victim of Judicial Fraud" shirt, have come to any of our meetings in Westminster before, you are invited to join us on Tuesday, January 25th! Under the auspices of our <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999201/a5ii" target="_blank">Chairman Austin Mitchell MP</a>, I looked for support from other MPs, especially those who have signed <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999202/a5ii" target="_blank">Early Day Motions</a> (EDMs) covering issues that are <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999834/a5ii" target="_blank">relevant to our causes. <br>
<br></a>I also invited those MPs whose victims are among the four <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999220/a5ii" target="_blank">fraudulent bankruptcies</a> we presented to the <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999221/a5ii" target="_blank">Lord Chancellor Kenneth Clarke QC MP</a> and the <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999222/a5ii" target="_blank">Business Minister Vincent Cable MP</a>. And I invited the MPs whose cases I put before the <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999223/a5ii" target="_blank">EU Commission for Justice</a>, besides a few others whose stories I published on <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999368/a5ii" target="_blank">Victims Unite!</a> <br>
<br>However, it is really important that you invite your MP yourself to attend, especially if you intend to be there, too! For there is a Parliamentary Rule that says that MPs only need to respond to their constituents! <br>
<br>To ask your MP to write letters on your behalf is always a constructive request you can make!  Send them the report <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999303/a5ii" target="_blank">Victims of Financial Exploitation and Legal Oppression</a> and, where appropriate, <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999304/a5ii" target="_blank">Compensator of Last Resort</a>.<br>
<br>To illustrate that you are not alone, you can also refer to our two petitions with their marvellous comments:<br>

<li><a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999441/a5ii" target="_blank">Stop the Oppression of the British People</a> with 1305 signatures and <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999442/a5ii" target="_blank">13 comment pages</a></li>

<li><a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999443/a5ii" target="_blank">WANTED: Fair Trials and Compensation</a> with 205 signatures and <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999444/a5ii" target="_blank">6 comment pages.</a></li>
</ul>While the second petition stressed the need of support for <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999686/a5ii" target="_blank">Maurice J Kirk BVSc</a>, he will not be able to join us, as he is still in <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999687/a5ii" target="_blank">political asylum</a> in Brittany, for fear of being <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999743/a5ii" target="_blank">jailed</a> or <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999744/a5ii" target="_blank">shot</a>. However, his MP Alun Cairns has been very responsive and supportive so far! <br>
<br>In my requests for support, I asked: <br>
<blockquote>"Would you be willing to ask questions with written answers to find out what victims are expected to do when they have all the evidence of unlawfulness, but get neither restitution or compensation?   Would you be willing to find out when the Lord Chancellor will close the human rights gap between the EU and the UK?   On Tuesday, January 25^th, 2 – 4pm, our Chairman Austin Mitchell MP will convene a meeting of victims and <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999224/a5ii" target="_blank">supportive MPs</a>. Can we count on your presence, too?   If not, can we count on you being part of a “Virtual All Party Parliamentary Group” to take our issues further, i.e. be on a mailing list that I will maintain?"  <br>
</blockquote>Besides Austin Mitchell MP, <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999225/a5ii" target="_blank">Lord Sudeley</a>, co-founder of the <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999226/a5ii" target="_blank">Forum for Stable Currencies</a>, has confirmed to attend. <br>
<a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999305/a5ii" target="_blank">Nic Dakin</a>, MP for veteran victim <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999227/a5ii" target="_blank">Stanley Embling</a>, intends to be with us.  <br>
<a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999306/a5ii" target="_blank">John McDonnell MP</a> "will do his best" to be there.  <br><a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999307/a5ii" target="_blank">John Hemming MP</a> "may be able to attend".<br>
<br>You are invited to send in your question(s) for MPs asap, hoping that some more of the 100 odd MPs will want to come and answer them! <br><br>At our last meeting, Austin Mitchell MP suggested, we should organise our own Public Inquiry, but I don't feel enough support for such a venture. Instead, I hope that victims learn to communicate with their MPs such that they get the best out of them and that the list of supportive MPs gets longer and longer. <br>
<br>As a first most promising step, Nick Hurd MP is acting on behalf of his constituent <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999445/a5ii" target="_blank">Patrick Cullinane</a>: <a href="http://4547.cleverreach.de/c/1999446/a5ii" target="_blank">Minister demands action over bankrupted taxpayer</a>. <br>
<br>Will your case be the next one so that we can have a truly Happy 2011?<br><br>On Tuesday, January 25th, people can join us in the Jubilee Cafe of the House of Commons from 11am onwards. At 1.45pm we will move to the designated Committee Room. <br>

<div>"I am going to ask you something. Why are you being educated? Do you understand my question? Your parents send you to school. You attend classes, you learn mathematics, you learn geography, you learn history. Why? Have you ever asked why you want to be educated, what is the point of being educated? What is the point of your passing examinations and getting degrees? Is it to get married, get a job and settle down in life as millions and millions of people do? Is that what you are going to do, is that the meaning of education? Do you understand what I am talking about? This is really a very serious question. The whole world is questioning the basis of education. We see what education has been used for. Human beings throughout the world - whether in Russia or in China or in America or in Europe or in this country - are being educated to conform, to fit into society and into their culture, to fit into the stream of social and economic activity, to be sucked into that vast stream that has been flowing for thousands of years. Is that education, or is education something entirely different? Can education see to it that the human mind is not drawn into that vast stream and so destroyed; see that the mind is never sucked into that stream; so that, with such a mind, you can be an entirely different human being with a different quality to life? Are you going to be educated that way? Or are you going to allow your parents, society, to dictate to you so that you become pad of the stream of society? Real education means that a human mind, your mind, not only is capable of being excellent in mathematics, geography and history, but also can never, under any circumstances, be drawn into the stream of society. Because that stream which we call living, is very corrupt, is immoral, is violent, is greedy. That stream is our culture. So, the question is how to bring about the right kind of education so that the mind can withstand all temptations, all influences, the bestiality of this civilization and this culture. We have come to a point in history where we have to create a new culture, a totally different kind of existence, not based on consumerism and industrialization." <br>
