*nous appelons à envahir la place de*<br> * *<br> *Schuman à Bruxelles ce 22 juin à 18h. *<br> **<br><br><br> Cette Assemblée Populaire se fera sous le nez des parlementaires<br> européens qui se réunissent le 23 juin et du conseil européen qui se<br>
réunit le 24 juin. Nous resterons sur place pour montrer notre<br> indignation et pour nous organiser.<br><br> Alors que ces mesures auront des conséquences capitales pour la<br> politique économique de notre pays comme des autres pays européens,<br>
nos parlementaires s'apprêtent à les voter à l'insu des populations<br> concernées, au nom de la sacrosainte compétitivité. Mais qui leur a<br> dit que c'était cela qui primait pour la majorité de la population<br>
belge?<br> Sous ces appellations de compétitivité, de flexibilité, et de<br> stabilité se cache un plan qui vise à faire payer la crise, encore<br> et encore, par les travailleurs européens, avec ou sans emploi,<br>
alors que les profiteurs de la crise, acteurs financiers et grosses<br> fortunes, seront non seulement dispensés de toutes responsabilités<br> mais directement bénéficiaires de ces mesures.<br><br> C’est une gouvernance économique au profit des plus riches qui est<br>
proposée : pression sur les salaires, attaques sur les mécanismes de<br> négociation collective, remise en cause de l’indexation, allongement<br> des carrières, réforme du marché du travail pour faciliter les<br> licenciements, réduction des services publics…Telle est l’Europe que<br>
nous réservent ces projets.<br><br> Et ce qui est particulièrement grave dans ce processus en cours,<br> c'est qu'il comprend également le vote d'un « blanc seing » donné au<br> Conseil et à la Commission pour se substituer aux parlements<br>
nationaux : ils se chargeront dorénavant de contrôler les projets de<br> budget des États membres et de vérifier s’ils sont bien conformes<br> aux politiques néo-libérales de l’Union et, le cas échéant, de<br> sanctionner les états par des amendes.<br>
<br> Ce sont déjà les recettes appliquées en Grèce, en Irlande, en<br> Espagne et au Portugal et les populations de ces pays sont en train<br> de payer « cash » l'addition d'un repas qu'ils n'ont pas consommé<br>

zonder enige betrokkenheid van de bevolking, in naam van de heilige<br> concurrentiekracht. Maar wie zegt dat dit een prioriteit is voor de<br> meerderheid van de bevolking ?<br><br> Onder het mom van competitiviteit, flexbiliteit en stabiliteit wordt<br>
een plan uitgewerkt om nog maar eens de crisis te laten betalen door<br> de werkers in Europa, met of zonder werk. Terwijl de profiteurs van<br> de crisis, de grote financiële spelers en de grote vermogens, niet<br>
alleen worden vrijgesteld van hun verantwoordelijkheid, maar<br> rechtstreeks zullen profiteren van de aangekondigde maatregelen<br><br> Wat wordt voorgesteld is een economisch bestuur ten dienste van de<br> rijksten : loondumping, aanslag op het sociaal overleg, ontkoppeling<br>
van de lonen aan de index, langer werken, afbraak van de openbare<br> diensten, hervorming van de arbeidsmarkt om afdankingen te<br> vergemakkelijken,… Dat zijn de plannen die de EU voor ons in petto<br> heeft.<br>
<br> En bijzonder pijnlijk bij dit alles is de blanco cheque aan de<br> EU-Comissie die de plaats inneemt van de nationale parlementen : de<br> EU-comissie zal vanaf nu de ontwerpbegrotingen van de lidstaten<br> controleren en nagaan of die conform zijn aan de neoliberale<br>
politiek van de EU. En indien niet volgen sancties.<br><br> Dat zijn de recepten die al in Griekenland, Ierland ,Spanje en<br> Portugal worden toegepast, waar het volk « cash » de rekening<br> betaalt van een diner dat het niet gegeten heeft.Overal in Europa<br>
ontstaan bewegingen die opkomen tegen dit Europa van het kapitaal<br> dat ons veralgemeende inleveringen oplegt eenzijdig voor de werkende<br> bevolking.<br><br> De Euro-actiecomités verzamelen vakbonders, verenigingen en burgers<br>
