Would suggest if people want to add a new idea, that they keep two tabs/windows open, one with the current map, and one where they can see where their bloom will be positioned within it (this will become clear when you play with the slider of the two questions), so that bloom overlaps are minimised. If you have more than one idea, you can create two or more accounts.</div>
<div><br></div><div>The aim of this exercise (takes a few minutes to complete overall) is to collect ideas (and idea ratings) from a wide range of participants. If you have application examples, relevant links and so on, please provide them if possible. Once ideas and ratings are collected, there are other tools we can use to see how they can connect/link-up together. Or we can have a live meeting/GA and discuss :)</div>

Dramatically improved productivity through technology and innovation means that full employment is neither achievable nor desirable. A shift of focus on social values and human relationships opens the door to a more fulfilling work and life environment. Innovation: demonetarisation of work, respect, reciprocity, social unity/cohesion. Feasibility: already happening, see e.g. time banking.<br>
</div><div><br></div><div><b>TinaB - Internet nanopayments</b></div><div>Idea floated by Lanier in his latest book/manifesto ("Who owns the future"). Personal information currently provided for free by internet users is being monetised by corporations such as Facebook, Google, Amazon etc. Why not assign a value to this information (e.g. when it's used to improve an algorithm) and return it to the originator via a system of nanopayments? Feasibility: requires re-engineering the internet to allow for two-way linking as well as new systems of accounting.<br>
</div><div><br></div><div><b>Ruby - For-benefit currency</b></div><div>A more equitable future, for life and employment, is not globally possible without a global currency with a for-benefit (as opposed to a for-profit) orientation. Several such experiments are currenrtly under-way, e.g. Open Universal Dividend Currency (<a href="http://www.openudc.org/" target="_blank">http://www.openudc.org/</a>) and The Trade Reference Currency (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terra_(currency)" target="_blank">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terra_(currency)</a>). Such a currency would unite communities, promote welfare economics, be inflation-resistant and restore humanity to life and work.<br>
