Agree to all of these points. Do we know what the deadline is? Marina- can we have an update please?

Hi All!

Just back on the email loop.. so to chip in: I'm definitely up for
organising nvda training at bgg. I think it would be good to keep the
focus of this on the more experiential/practical side of things - so
possibilities might be lock-ons (d-locks & tubes), tripods, blockades
showing how to do it & maybe including role-plays so people get to have a
go in a fun way too! If anyone's got more ideas or things they think would
appeal to the festival going peeps I'd love to hear them!
Also as far as the whole bgg set up... I agree with whats been said so far:
vegan cafe
space for people to hang out/discussions/workshops/talks etc
we could have open-mic/music etc later on
I personally would be keen to get a bicycle cinema going as this could be
a good way to raise awareness of the wider issues/campaigns etc. For
example we could show things like the rossport 2008 film, on the verge,
and longer films like age of stupid, an inconvenient truth etc. this could
be like a chill out type space where people can hang out with films etc
showing on one wall... people can come & go.. wouldn't need to be like a
formal cinema with times for showings etc (although we could do that too).
Do we know when the deadline is for the bgg form?
Also have we got a definitive list of the festivals we are going to? It
would be good to thrash this out & maybe try and get an article or some
promo stuff (for free obviously!) in things like festival eye and in the
guides to festivals that newspapers do etc. to generate some interest & it
would be good publicity for climate camp generally too!
Cheers,
Neil
