Dear Neil,

I am told that there have been efforts to contact website@ and/or you
(though they are the same thing really), and that they have not been
responded to. Which is why I was contacted.

Penny may have approved the front page at the gathering, but clearly
they feel differently now that the coal caravan is actually happening.

I hear your points about having consistency on the front page, and
perhaps I didn't strike the right balance. I think there are serious
process issues with how the website is currently managed, which I will
not go into here. I am going to attempt to write something up before the
Hebden gathering and make some proposals.

The climate camp is organised by consensus. Given that I and other
people have expressed a view that the front page as it is right now is
NOT what is should be, I find it completely unacceptable for you to say:

"Having considered what you have said I see no reason to change again."

It is not for you to give ultimate approval to all changes. If other
people express opposing views you should consider them so we can find a
resolution everybody is happy with.

Please let me know your ideas for how we strike the right balance on the
front page. In my view, and clearly the view of several other people,
the coal caravan needs more prominence while it is happening (i.e. now).
