One minor correction, I will aim to facilitate and advise on video... but
not photo, unless it's just general advice, as I'm no expert and I don't
know the photographers who may be available.

MM, I'm sort of hoping that you will advise people on photos, and
potentially try to hook photographers up with actions?

I saw Bryn (Plain Stupid videographer) last night, and he's agreed to
bottom-line specifically the action support filming part of the documenting
team, and he is going to try to pull together a team to help with that. So
people can be sent to the media/TV tent to find either me or him. And he
also said he was up for doing the workshop on filming actions with me in the
Action Support space.
