[Cc-webedit] Solved - server error on front page

Hiya,

Just to let you know, if you were seeing a server error on the front
page intermittently, this should be solved now.

For some reason when we were requesting the twitter feed, it sometimes
send back HTML, not a feed. This was resulting in a parse error. I have
now modified the feed aggregation code to check that a feed is actually
parseable before saving it to the database. If it's not parseable then
it will wait 10 minutes before trying again.
