Alistair suggested "Programme" made more sense than calling it
"Workshops". I've changed it to "Workshops Programme" as a compromise, I
think it's good to use both words.

Could you please elaborate on what navigation changes you want made?

I'd really like to request that this page in particular just gets
changed by me. This is simply for practical reasons - the HTML is
generated by a script, so if the page is changed without going through
the script, the change will be lost on the next update, and they are
updating blurbs etc all the time.

I agree the design of the page is not perfect, but I was doing what I
could with the data they sent me and limited time. I find it pretty rude
for you to say "the whole page reeks of bad design".
