[Cc-webedit] links for the 10 Reasons to be in London page

Hey Richard,

If there's going to be a link list from the London page, I think maybe
it would be good to have it quite obviously London-specific stuff. The
thing which immediately strikes me about this list is that if I just put
it straight up then it won't make much sense - e.g. a link named
"Poverty" is not very descriptive. What do you think?

Let us know what you'd like to do - perhaps send round the London list
for input?

I've put a feed for ClimateCampLdn twitter in the sidebar, which Amelia
requested instead of the flash widget which was there before, hope
that's okay.
