[Cc-webedit] Interim website process proposal

Hello Neil,
this was something i discussed with jon on tuesday. Sorting out the
workshops was a real headache - in the end beccy from workshops got
her partner to produce a script from a spreadsheet and jon adapted it
to get it on the website.
If this was a permanent fixture i'd agree with you that it should be
editable by the group. but its a quick fix that we'll only use for a
couple of weeks and it's a very specific process to get it on the
site, so its really much easier just to leave it with jon.
besides, the workshops group are really pleased with the end result -
and it looks really good as it is, so i don't think we should worry
too much about it.
Anyway - I also just wanted to say thanks for all your help with
launching the new site.
we couldn't have done it without you.
It might have been a tad stressful - launching websites always is in
my experience.
But now its launched and everyone thinks its amazing, we can all relax
before gearing up for the camp itself.
