i think, where someone had access to the old site to do a specific job  
- such as this - we should try and give them access as soon as  
possible if they need it. But only if we're sure they can get on with  
it without too much help from us - as we haven't got too much capacity.

as far as possible though, i think we should wait until the camp,  
where we can show the few people who are really keen how to use the CMS.
