[Cc-webedit] we're accidentally spamming someone

I've spoken to Lucy just now.

The texts are coming from the SMS short code 86444 which Twitter uses.
I've advised her to reply to a message with a text saying "OFF", which
should turn it all off.

Not sure why this has suddenly started happening in the last week, but
this is the advice if the issue crops up again.
