[Cc-webedit] Webcopy List

Hi All,

The list I am on already, that I thought was the one we were using, is cc-webedit, but
it doesn't really matter what list we use provide we have one. 

I have attached a rough outline of that major pages we have on the site at the moment.
The priority issues as I see it are with the ownership of the Local Groups and Working 
Groups pages. These would seem to be the ones that in an ideal world would be the
most frequently updated (and so difficult to manage centrally) with neighbourhood/group meeting info and other stuff.

We need a couple of people who have the time to chase up all the neighbourhoods and 
working groups respectively and get someone from each of those groups to take 
responsibility for editing their webpages. I am happy to do the neighbourhoods
 (as I already 
do South Coast's page) if someone else can do the working groups.
