Wireless internet is available in and around the Sumac 
Centre as well as a couple of desktop machines.

Regarding neighbourhoods and and working groups I am happy to badger people
to take responsibility for their own webpages but we need to sort out our own
organisation first. At an absolute minimum I (or someone else with the time) 
needs to be able to edit the the local groups and working groups pages so that 
the links to the various pages people create can be made. 

Some system for getting new users given the right permissions for what they 
need to do would also be a good idea. We also we need to decide how we want 
to
 do things. Are we going to give everyone, who needs a page, page creation 
rights or are we going to create the pages they need for them and then reassign 
ownership to them? That might be a better option provided that the version of 
drupal we are using allows that. 

Ideally I think we need to go through the pages we have and divide up responsibilty
for maintaining them (see sitemap I have done of what we have at the moment
below). If we can spread the load of maintaining things around we can aim for a
situation where we have a lot more content that is much more up-to-date. Anyway  
let me know what you think.
