[Cc-webedit] G20 menu item

Well sort of. I see you've added a "Climate Camp G20" item in the menu
bar, but it would be good to have the sub-pages listed too (like the
"Climate Camp 2008" one does).

Also I note that the Climate Camp G20 link uses a "#g20" identifier
which results in the page being scrolled down somewhat when that link is
clicked. I think this is a bit confusing - could we remove it please?

PS. With the sub-pages listed in the menu bar we could probably remove
the navigation links which are currently in the page body.
