[Cc-webedit] How-to guides

Hi Katie,

What are the guides about? I'd like to avoid adding another top-level
nav item if possible (because the menu is already huge) - do you see a
place it could go within the existing structure?

Also, as you may be aware we are working on a completely new website.
Are you up for maintaining these resources on the new site?
