[Cc-webedit] The swoop

Hey,

I disagree with this change. 27th is the advertised and agreed date
which is on all the publicity, I think changing it causes MORE
confusion. We need to be advertising the swoop as a separate thing which
people can come to if interested, but the CAMP starts on the 27th.
