[Cc-webedit] Scotland and Wales camps

Hi all - seems like there are no objections to this change (the Scotland
and Wales buttons) but can people make any final objections by 2pm?

Neil can you then make the changes? Jon's moving house today and
tomorrow and Carl's working at Kendal festival as I understand it.
