[Cc-webedit] Design & next meeting

Torchbox have confirmed that they will be able to do a design for us
(for free). They will be working on it when they are less busy with paid
work, so would like to know when the brief will be available, which
brings me onto my next point...

Despite my asking twice nobody has filled in the doodle. Therefore I am
going to just go ahead and suggest we meet on the 28th June at 10 AM in
Oxford. If anyone vehemently objects please let me know by Saturday,
after that I will go ahead and sort a venue.
