Everything's a bit up in the air with mine and Ellen's trial at the moment, and we could find it's all over by then, or we're in prison :-)

So my suggestion is you plan the meeting on the basis that we're not coming, and then we'll join in if we can. This suggests we should probably stick with Oxford, given what others have said. 

So I propose that if no one objects by the end of today Jon should consider it confirmed.
