[Cc-webedit] [networking] Amendment - New website banner

Hi everyone,

I understand that people have different asthetic preferences, but just feel
the need to say that in my opinion the new banner *really* doesn't work.  I
like all the artwork produced by Amelia's designer, but i don't think it is
suitable for this job.  For me, it only appeals to a fairly narrow group of
people, which is the opposite of what we want from the website.  Plus the
frontpage now looks really garish and messy.

Am I alone in thinking this?
