[Cc-webedit] Proposal: Bike bloc front page highlight

I agree with this.

But I also propose we replace the Coal main feature with a Copenhagen 
feature again. The coal feature can be a highlight for now. The three 
quick links should be:

Join us in Copenhagen >>
Coaches >>
Local Copenhagen events >>

And the order of the highlights: Bike Bloc, 350 reasons, Coal feature, 
Climate Camp TV

I'm about to add the Copenhagen events page.
