[Cc-webedit] Swoop as Past Action?

I've updated the Past Actions page to include the Swoop as equested by
Jonathan.
 Jon, take note:the css is inline because I havn't got access to the
style sheet.
The pop ups work together, can't see why. Maybe something to do with the
javascript which I also cannot access. Can you tidy it up please.

Have been meaning to do it for a while, just haven't had time. Will try
to get it done this evening.
