[Cc-webedit] Homepage proposal

Hi webgroup,



We have a proposal from London to put the Great Global Warm Up on one of the
homepage promos until Saturday.



This is a big event with lots of good speakers that should gear people up
for Copenhagen and the event formerly (??) known as Cop Out, so I think we
should plug it if we possibly can as soon as possible.
