[Cc-webedit] A super-proposal addressing recent website proposals

Hi all,

We've had a bunch of different proposals for website changes recently.
Here I'm bringing them all together. Will update website tonight if no
objections:

1. We use Jonathan's image and continue promoting the coaches in the
"main promo"

2. "COP15 OUT" - It was suggested this is promoted under the London
neighbourhood section. I think it would make more sense to go under the
Copenhagen action section as a separate page. I can be linked from the
London page.

3. We replace 350 reasons highlight with a COP15 OUT one (is there an
image? - we can use the UNFCCC gag one if not)

4. We replace CCTV with promo for "The Great Global Warm-up" until
Saturday (is there an image?)

5. We order them as follows: Great Global Warm-up, COP15 OUT, Bike Bloc,
CJA

Any comments?
