[Cc-webedit] website updates for the swoop?

Excellente.....

There were plans to have a page for each bloc plus a map - i'll found  
out at leeds where we are with that.

there's a swoop web committee(??) on crabgrass - so i've invited you  
to that and also to the cc_website group.
