[Cc-webedit] mailbox rotation

Okay - I'll take over as of now.

I would like to establish a convention whereby the inbox is kept
generally "clear" - so stuff is filed in other folders (mainly "Dealt
With") as it comes in and gets dealt with. Is everybody happy to do
this?

Will sort through the current inbox now.
