[Cc-webedit] Fences piece on the Swoop page

Would it be possible to move the player window of the Fences video slightly
higher on the swoop page?

People are promoting this page as the place to watch the Fences piece
because it's contectualised, but currently the player isn't visible when you
click through to the page, which I've found confuses people who don't know
what they've been sent there to look for (and who don't bother to scroll
down to look for it).

I know this may seem petty, but people seem to be immensely lazy and stupid
in these situations.
