 hey i am fine with that i think - as long as i have time to do media stuff too which i am sure will be fine - but also simon c volunteered to do this?i don't know if he has been included in this thining? thanks, kate

Hi all,

I've been speaking to Natalie about blogging during the swoop. Natalie
and Richard, who have done blogging before, will be actually at the
swoop so unable to blog while it is happening.

Kate, Arthur, Murray and Tess (all CC'd) will apparently be off-site
doing media.

Natalie has suggested the following: That Kate be given access to the
blog so she can put stuff straight up during the swoop, but anything
which goes up should be run by two other people from the off-site media
team.

I think it sounds sensible - are there any objections? If not I'll
liaise with Kate to ensure she has access and knows how it all works
before swoop day.
