[Cc-webedit] Website during swoop

Can I propose that we replace the nice-but-unspecific Swoop graphic on the 
front page of the site with the aerial picture of the power station marking 
what the different bits are? And put 'Ratcliffe-on-Soar coal power station' 
at the top?

Have you discussed this already?

I think people need to get to the website and think 'yeah!'
