[Cc-webedit] changes to the front page.

Hi Hamish,

I changed it in good faith at the request of Rastko Novakovic, who said
that that was the "correct" embed. Similarly, I changed it in good faith
at your request a while ago, and heard from others that they were
unhappy/confused about the change then.

CCTV seems really all over the place at the moment and everyone seems to
have a different idea about what are "approved" films, what the embed
should be, what the policies should be, who can "pull" other people's
films etc.

>From my perspective this is pretty confusing. Please could you sort out
amongst yourselves what the "correct" embed should be and let me know?
Please also nominate a "web spoke" who can liaise with the website
group, and we will make sure to check any changes to embed etc with
them.
