The music film also has peoples faces in it actively pulling down the
fence - am looking through the photos and they are all masked up. I know
some of the people who are pulling down the fence... they might well be
prosecuted...

I have taken the video down from the sites that allow me to take it down.

----------------------------------

We took the video down soon after it was posted so there was little
chance for the police to get a copy. The problem was that it was soon
re-posted unchanged to a new account which we could do nothing about,
set up by the documenting team. E-mailed them about that account as
well, tried to message each of the filmmakers who posted incriminating
evidence as more films appeared on youtube, but as Paulo from
undercurrents said:

“It seems like all rules about filming people doing crim damage have
gone out the window..totally nuts.

Well done for taking them down.”

So the problems with these films, both the faces and the copyright
issues, were signalled clearly at the outset. This cannot be swept under
the carpet.

Disputes over these issues within the climatecamptv group have been
given as a reason to hold stuff as it is now, whereas in terms of the
un-consensed change of the climatecamp.tv embed on the climatecamp
website, clearly the right thing to do is to change it back to how it
was. If there had been any proposal for this change, we would obviously
have blocked it and held it over till a face-to-face meeting (which is
on Sunday anyway!). So this change should be reverted straight away, or
we have a serious abuse of process.
