[Cc-webedit] Front page changes

I'm not keen on this proposal - the key purpose of the main promo is
meant to be to promote the "next thing". In this case the "next thing"
is the Great Climate Swoop, and I think putting the video there will be
confusing.

Very happy to keep Climate Camp TV in the highlights (and I think it is
prominent enough there) but I am envisaging an inspiring
coal-plant-invadery image being in the main promo in a few days, rather
than videos from the camp (lovely though they are).
