Yeah I did get it. It's up now - sorry for the delay.

It's one of my top website priorities to write an editing guide which we
can give to people with a username/password. (Although if anyone wants
to work on this instead then be my guest...)

After that I envisage we would start giving out more logins.

However, in the interim, if you feel confident you could work out the
CMS then I have no objection giving you a login to edit the south coast
page. Would that be useful?
