More generally while the website now looks nice, functionality-wise it is still less useful than it was before it was updated. The most important thing for a website, above style, is the content (lots and regularly updated) and if the neighbourhoods and working groups don't have the access necessary to create that content then what is the point of having
a highly polish and largely empty website.
