[Cc-webedit] [mediateam] blog entry: vestas blockade

On the crabgrass discussion we concluded that we would enable comments
post-camp. However, this requires a bit of development time as I suspect
it will be necessary to write a bit of code to ensure stuff like
moderation works per our requirements with the software we're using. It
will also need some CSS styling etc.

I've been trying to have a bit of a breather since the camp, but fully
intend to do the necessary work at some point soonish (before GCS I
would hope).
