[Cc-webedit] Climate Camp Bug Tracker

Hello Website List,

A few days ago, I was talking to Jon about the possibility of further
sharing the website workload, and how great it would be to have a
bug/ticket/request tracker to manage what needs doing.

I decided that this would be a really cool thing, and got the necessary
details from Jon to set things up, so we now have a SHINY installation
of REDMINE at
	http://bugs.climatecamp.org.uk

Talk to me if you'd like to get a log-in for this, and please get
reporting problems and requests!
