Hi Neil,

Thanks for putting this up.

Is it possible to look at these points as per the style guide:

* Headings have been written in capital letters with manual <u> and <b>
styles applied. <u> and <b> tags should be removed and the appropriate
heading tag should be used instead.
* There are lots of empty <p> tags
* Lots of tags have manually specified styles (through the "style"
attribute)
* List items with <p> tags inside them. This throws the styling off
kilter by adding margins, and is not really semantic anyway given that
the items are not paragraphs.
* Manually written out numbered lists

It might be partly because you've pasted from a Word document - if so,
it's important to use the "rubber" tool to clear unnecessary styles when
pasting in.
