[Cc-webedit] [Fwd: response to sunday times]

I personally think it shouldn't be blogged as it is, its not long enough or
wide-ranging enough, but perhaps it should rather be included in a media
round-up response.

Failing that it should be posted up against the offending article on the
Sunday Times.

It's not a blog post on its own
