[Cc-webedit] [Fwd: gathering]

My personal take on this is that we should avoid having "generic" CMS
accounts. I think it's really useful to be able to see exactly WHO has
made a particular change - because if there are problems with it we can
approach them directly to resolve things. This is especially easy and
users' email addresses are stored in our database. We could even look
into adding functionality in the future to allow us to email all CMS
users, or particular groups of users (with updates etc.)

But we can talk about it at the gathering if people disagree. For now we
should just create separate accounts and add those particular users to
the "London Editors" group.
