[Cc-webedit] List administration

I'm not sure, but I think what happened is this:

1. The cc-website list was set up in the dark and distant past, with
website at climatecamp.org.uk as the administrator.
2. Someone got confused between "cc-webedit" and "cc-website", and tried
to post to "cc-website"
3. Message hits moderation queue, but as no-one has the password for
cc-website, it can't be dealt with.

Unless I'm mistaken, I don't think cc-website is being used at all so
needs to be removed from the aktivix server. I've copied in the aktivix
admin address, so I'm hoping they will be able to take things forward?
