I think most of this has already been resolved.
But on the process points - I agree with Jonathan that:
a) updating existing pages, such as a gatherings page, is a minor
change and shouldn't need to go on the list
b) the gathering pages should be maintained by the process group
anyway and what goes on a gathering agenda page is really down to
them. If the process group has agreed an agenda, it really shouldn't
need consensus from the website group to be posted on the site.
