Sure, but I still think it should be a highlight - I think it's more
relevant as a highlight than CJA for instance.

I think ordinary visitors may still be interested in reading the press
release; we should keep it if possible.

The claim link is still out of place in the section which is supposed to
be about RBS. As I said before, I think we should temporarily replace
the local groups highlight with it.

With just two links in the main highlight the text doesn't need to be
shortened. We should definitely not be decreasing the font size to fit
more in though - the idea of the main highlight is to be short, snappy
and attention grabbing. Hence the large font which deliberately permits
a small amount of text.
